Since 1944
Ideale Cantini was born as a small artisan workshop located in the heart of Florence -San Niccolò - in the historic Palazzo Stiozzi-Ridolfi.
By making quality and tradition his philosophy, he has followed the evolution of the best American department and specialty stores since the 1950s, such as Lord and Taylor, Bon Witt Teller, Marshall Field, White House and Hardy, B. Altman, Macy's, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys. As for Japan, the most loyal customer is Matsuzakaya, whom we have been proud to serve for more than 30 years.
Since 1944 Cantini has always produced very high quality Classics.
In our latest collections the quality is the same but the design is relaunched with a new modern aesthetic, with exclusive and sophisticated fabrics.
